Previously, when the entire office was at a staff meeting, we would put the phones on night mode, have our meeting and then come back and the receptionist would turn off night mode and just go back to normal. BUT.one thing I didn't consider is whole office staff meetings. On RingCentral, we set up office hours and at 5:00 the phones go directly to voicemail. On our last system, when there was no one there to answer the phones, the reception desk would simply click 'night mode' and the phones would automatically go direct to voicemail.

Forgive me if I use the wrong terms, but our office recently switched over to RingCentral and we're having one major problem that I can't seem to find an answer to.
